Submissions remain open through July 31, and a full program and schedule is expected to be announced by September 1.

The Queen City Film Festival (QCFF), Western Maryland’s premiere film festival, is held each year in early Fall in Cumberland, Maryland. Founded in 2012, and currently in our fifth year, QCFF 2016 will be held October 6-9 at the Cumberland Ramada, Cumberland MD.
